As this NVQ is completed on-site in a real working environment, candidates must be employed and actively using forklift equipment.
This qualification allows candidates to demonstrate their practical skills, operational competence, and theoretical knowledge in line with the National Occupational Standards (NOS) for Plant Operations. Assessment is carried out by a qualified and experienced assessor, who will guide and support you throughout the process to ensure you meet all required standards.
Upon completion, learners can confidently prove their ability to work safely and effectively as a Plant Operator (Forklift Trucks), supporting progression within the construction industry and enabling applications for the Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card.
Mandatory Units

These units allow candidates to demonstrate competence on the specific forklift or telehandler type they use at work.
